New Pricing Tier Structure: To better meet the needs of our families, we have instituted a new voluntary 3 tier pricing structure. Choose the level most suitable for your family. Fees will not have any impact on the child’s experience while at camp and will be kept confidential.

• Tier 1 is based on the full cost of the program. If you are able to pay this amount, please do so. Thank you.
• Tier 2 is a partially subsidized rate that will enable families that just can’t afford the full cost of the camp program.
• Tier 3 is a more heavily subsidized rate for families whose children would not be able to attend camp otherwise.
• Tier 4 is a variable rate for families who show a demonstrated need that is greater than the subsidized rates. Aid, is donated by our funders and past alumni.

If you need Financial Aid, please contact our office for a financial aid application at 617.745.4150 x100 or download form on our website. If downloading you will need to also send or email the required tax form as well. Aid is determined by need and a first come basis. Financial aid forms will be reviewed on February 20, March 20, April 20 and May 20, 2010.

Bus Transportation

Bus transportation is available from a variety of Boston locations. Each bus is accompanied by a camp staff bus monitor and licensed & trained bus driver. Our bus monitor does have a cell phone to communicate with families for emergencies.

Morning bus pickups are approximately from 7:30 - 8:30am, and drop-offs in the afternoon are from 4:45 - 5:45pm. Transportation is available for a small fee of $65 per session, from limited areas ― contact our office at (617) 591-0300 for more information. Extended Day

Campers may arrive as early as 7:00 am for morning care at a rate of $40 per session, and stay in the afternoon until 6:00 pm for a $40* fee per session. Full day extended care 7:00-9:00 am & 4:30-6:00 pm is offered at $80* per session.

* For one-week sessions, fee is 1/2: $20 am, $20 pm, $40 both.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is available on a first-come basis. These funds are determined on a need basis and we encourage you to apply. All applications are strictly confidential. Please download a Financial Aid Application and return it to us to apply for aid. Financial Aid applications are reviewed on March 15, April 15 & May 15.

• Tuition subsidies granted by other agencies will be credited after a letter of confirmation has been received at the Camp Fire USA office.
• Child care vouchers are accepted. A copy of the voucher must be received at the Camp Fire USA office before the start of the camp session.
• A tuition deposit must be received before an application for financial aid form will be sent.
