Make a payment for Camp Fees
If you have already completed your child's registration for camp and need to make a payment, please use this form.
On this page, you can download all the forms required for your child's camp. Forms are organized by camp in alphabetical order. An electronically editable version of each form will be available before the end of March. Please refer to the checklist included with each set of forms to make sure you have completed all of them. When they are all filled in, you can upload them using the form below, or if you fill them in by hand, then fax them to 617.745.4151
Upload Camp Forms
Download the forms you need for camp from the page linked above. Once you have completed them, you can upload the completed documents using the form below. If you get a "files not uploaded" error - please check that your total file size is not larger than 3MB. You may need to upload fewer than 5 files.
